Dr. Awni Al-Rushoud
With a Ph.D. in Economics and over 30 years of experience in governmental, corporate, and non-profit work in the United States and the MENA region, Dr. Awni specializes in global strategic consultations, project evaluations, regulatory requirements for funding, and much more. He has served as the CEO of the Jordan Investment Board (JIB) from 2011 to 2015, where he attracted hundreds of millions of dollars from organizations and governments from all over the world. Later, Dr. Awni took on the role of a trusted advisor for ministers, governors, and other public servant professionals from all 22 MENA member countries, all of which seek economical, social, and environmental expertise.
Ayman Mufleh
From Kuwait City to Washington, D.C., our Deputy Chairman has had experiences with public and private sectors alike, which has developed his passion for building economic prowess while protecting human rights and mother nature. By knowing English, Arabic, and being professionally capable in Spanish, our Deputy Chairman has found that speaking multiple languages is key to building a more diverse group of relationships in one’s professional and private life. Ayman also has a Masters of Science in Accounting with a focus on Audit, experience in taxation services and legal support, served time training diplomats and government officials, and trained overseas to grasp a better understanding of the MENA region.
Younes Mufleh
Our Chief Executive Officer is an entrepreneur that is focused on versatility and adding value to our Corporation by expanding our service and industry offerings. Younes is currently pursuing a degree in finance and international business, his duties cover all of the services that Business World MENA provides, such as the financial sector, project analysis, marketing, and real estate. Although a full-time student, an investor, and a social media marketer, our CEO is actively improving his Arabic to ensure a better customer experience for our clientele in the MENA region. Younes learned how to be a leader from his athletic past, he knows what it takes to succeed and to build a successful team.
Adnan Mufleh
As the youngest member of our executive team and board, Adnan has a well-rounded interest in business development analysis, project management, and innovative solutions for SMEs. Adnan enjoys helping his peers by participating at his local community center during events as a way to give back. His role in Business World MENA is building clientele relationships, in charge of R&D, the feasibility study department, and screening top talent before they join our team.
